2004 Outing - Midelney Manor and Orchard Wyndham -
Our trips this summer included two delightful houses,
Midelney Manor, a jewel of a 16th century Manor House, and
Orchard Wyndham, an Anglo-Saxon building at the heart of a
much larger complex. Both are still family homes, and both
have walls dripping with ancestors in their massive gilt
frames, about whom there are stories aplenty.
